Erectalis 10mg

Tadalafil’s pharmacological distinction is its longer half-life (17.50 hours) – resulting in a longer duration of action, and so is partly responsible for “The Weekend Pill” sobriquet. Penile erection during sexual stimulation is caused by increased penile blood flow resulting from the relaxation of penile arteries and the smooth muscle of the corpus cavernosum. This response is mediated by the release of nitric oxide (NO) from the nerve terminals and the endothelial cells, which stimulate synthesis of cGMP in the smooth muscle cells. Cyclic GMP relaxes smooth muscle and increases blood flow to the corpus cavernosum. Use of Erectalis 10 Tadalafil does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases.
